What Are FXIFY Futures’ Consistency Rules?
Updated on September 28, 2026
To promote steady risk management and sustainable trading habits, FXIFY Futures enforces consistency rules based on your account pathway and stage:
Flex Plan (Evaluation Stage)
- Evaluation Stage: 50% Consistency Rule. Trading returns from any single trading day cannot exceed 50% of the total returns made during the evaluation phase.
- Funded Stage: 40% Consistency Rule. Trading returns from any single trading day cannot exceed 40% of total returns when requesting payouts on a simulated funded account.
Direct Plan (Instant Simulated Funding)
- 25% Consistency Rule: Trading returns from any single trading day cannot exceed 25% of total returns.
How the Consistency Rule Works
If your trading returns from a single trading day exceed the allowed percentage threshold (50% for Flex Evaluation, 40% for Flex Funded, 25% for Direct), you do not fail your account. Instead, you must continue trading and earning returns on subsequent days until that single day's return falls at or below the required percentage relative to your updated total account size.
Example Scenarios
Flex Plan – Evaluation Stage (50% Consistency Rule)
- Scenario: You are on a $100,000 Flex Evaluation and have made $6,000 in total trading returns, but $3,500 was earned in a single trading day (58.33% of total returns).
- Resolution: Since $3,500 exceeds the 50% limit, you must continue trading. By generating an additional $1,000 in trading returns, your total returns increase to $7,000. Your $3,500 day now represents exactly 50% of the $7,000 total, making your account fully compliant and eligible to pass.
Flex Plan – Funded Stage (40% Consistency Rule)
- Scenario: You have accumulated $5,000 in total trading returns in a Flex Funded account, and $2,500 of that was earned in a single day (50% of total returns).
- Resolution: This exceeds the 40% threshold for funded accounts. Earning an additional $1,250 brings your total returns to $6,250. Your $2,500 day now accounts for exactly 40% of the $6,250 total, allowing you to submit a payout request.
Direct Plan (25% Consistency Rule)
- Scenario: You have earned $4,000 in total trading returns on a Direct account, but $1,500 was made in a single trading day (37.5% of total returns).
- Resolution: This exceeds the 25% consistency limit. You must continue trading to expand your total account size. By earning an additional $2,000 in trading returns, your total now reaches $6,000. The $1,500 day now equals exactly 25% of your total trading returns, making you eligible for a payout request.
